The objective of this course is to ensure participants can identify, control, and prevent hazards
associated with ladders and stairways. By the end of the training, learners will be able to apply
OSHA and ANSI safety standards in daily operations, perform inspections, and use ladders and
stairways correctly to maintain a safe workplace.
